ACCESSIBILITY GUIDE

The hotel offers its own parking area for guests, located in front of and next to the hotel, level with the hotel entrance.

The main entrance to the hotel is at the level of a paved sidewalk. The entrance features automatic doors.

The hotel reception is barrier-free, accessible from the main entrance and has a high reception desk. Barrier-free restrooms are located on the underground floor, accessible via an elevator. The elevator cabin is 110 x 140 cm. The restroom (entrance door 90cm/cabin, 1.6x2m/space around the toilet bowl allows side access/handrails on both sides of the toilet bowl). The hotel restaurant is also barrier-free and located on the same level. The area includes a large conference hall and a self-service breakfast buffet. The outdoor seating area is also level and accessible. The hotel's wellness center is fully accessible, located on one level and offers a pool, whirlpool, and steam room. The wellness center also features a spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the hotel garden and surrounding area. However, the restrooms and showers are not wheelchair-accessible.

Room in the original building : Entrance door 80 cm, no threshold. The room includes a double bed, 50 cm high, with manouvering space on one side only. The room has its own accessible bathroom - toilet with handrails (access from one lateral and one frontal side) and a shower area with a mobile shower chair without a backrest. Rooms in the new building: these rooms are identical. Entrance door 90 cm, no threshold. Room includes a double bed, 57cm high, with ample manouvering space around the bed. The room has its own accessible bathroom with a door threshold 1,5 cm high, toilet with handrails (accessible from both lateral and frontal side) and a shower area with foldable seat and curtain.

The hotel is located in an open area outside the populated part of the town, near the border village of Hnanice and close to the Podyjí National Park. The hotel has its own charming garden with a gazebo, a biotope. The garden paths are made of compacted gravel (small pebbles). The hotel also offers a small fitness room, a billiard, several common rooms, a wine bar (suitable for family celebrations, weddings, etc.). All of those are wheelchair accessible. There is a bowling alley in the garden only accessible via stairs.
